Our return policy We want you to love what you ordered! However, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied You can return or exchange any:
♦Unworn, Unwashed or defective merchandise (please see final sale exclusions)
♦Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, free of odor, stains including deodorant, in original packaging
♦Merchandise must have all tags attached.
♦Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.
♦Please note original shipping charges are Not refundable
Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment for a refund or exchange any received thereafter may be denied. All returning items should be shipped through traceable mail at the customer’s expense, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging including tags. Please send original sales invoice with return shipment, and Glamour That Returns & Exchange Form filled out completely. In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in new condition, unworn nor washed with all tags and stickers attached in its original packaging. Items not returned in this condition will NOT be accepted and will simply be resent to the customer with shipping charges applied using the original form of payment. Additional shipping rates will be charged at the time exchanges are shipped back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Any returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange and any received thereafter may be denied. Upon receipt of your package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days of the return being received minus the original shipping cost and you will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Glamour That account or the one provided on the returns form, when the transaction is complete.
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item and what the correct item should be. We will gladly send you the correct item at no cost upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item, and it is received, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is out of stock, we will issue store credit in the amount of the defective item, and cover your shipping for the replacement item to ship to you as one time courtesy.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We recommend you to ship your package with insurance using a traceable shipping method. Items advertised as ’free shipping’ or if you use a coupon code with free shipping and items that are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee.
Unclaimed Packages: We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Please try to be home or have someone there at time of delivery. Once an item ships delivered we are not responsible, read our Shipping Policy for more information.
Q & A’s
♦Can I make changes to my order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it. You must immediately contact our customer care department at email@example.com. All orders are processed and shipped extremely quickly, so changes can only be made if the order has not been shipped. Glamour That reserves the right to deny a change to your order, in the event that there is not sufficient stock to fulfill your request.
♦Do you have a size chart?
We have a size guide for you to follow, but if you have specific questions about an item that are not already mentioned in “Details” section, please contact our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org
♦What if the item I am interested in is sold out?
Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. If there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email customer care at email@example.com with a list of items so that you can be placed on an email notification list if we receive the item back in stock. If the particular item you are interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to notify you!
♦Can I cancel my order without being charged?
All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped.

Your information is only used to complete your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
